PlusOne Agent Certification is a process where you can certify your introductory understanding of the PlusOne Method. After finishing the Introduction to PlusOne Method Course, certification is the next step.

During certification, you will schedule live sizzle call sessions with a PlusOne MC (Master Converter) until you have completed two sizzle sessions with proper usage of The Method! You will then be permitted to schedule and take your Introduction to PlusOne Method Final Exam. If you finish this exam with a score over 70% and pass 2 sizzle sessions, you will receive PlusOne Agent Certification. 

The ultimate goal of PlusOne Agent Certification is to ensure that you reached the second quadrant of competency regarding PlusOne Method. (Conscious Incompetence) After certifying you have reached this level, you can continue to expand your knowledge base and progress within the PlusOne ecosystem. 

In order to receive PlusOne Agent Certification, you must first complete the Introduction to PlusOne Method Course. You can find a link to the course here, in case you don't already have access. To become Certification Ready, you must complete all coursework in this course and receive a grade of 80% or higher on all course assessments.

The assessments throughout the course are able to be retaken, so there's no need to worry if you haven't reached the necessary score thresholds quite yet. It is important to remember to review all of your course material before getting certified as you will have to pass the final exam and must be prepared. 

A Sizzle Call Session is the PlusOne Academy way to apply your learning. In your session, you and a group of other certification candidates will listen to calls with a PlusOne MC. This will give you real-time experience with The PlusOne Method like never before. You must complete a Sizzle Call Session with a passing grade in order to move onto the final exam. This will usually take 2 different sessions but can be accomplished in one. 

Your Sizzle Call Sessions can be scheduled using the button at the top of this page. The events will take place in the discord server which you can find more information about further along in this guide. 

Note: Please do not schedule multiple Sizzle Sessions at a time, wait to see if you pass a Sizzle Session before scheduling a new one. Prematurely scheduled events will not be carried out.

After finishing your coursework and sizzle call sessions you will next need to take part in a timed and proctored virtual exam in our discord server. This exam will consist of questions designed to test your knowledge of the PlusOne method. The content you must complete to acquire the understanding needed to past this exam is completely contained in the Introduction to PlusOne Method Course. In other words, as long as you paid attention during your coursework, the exam should not be too difficult. 

The Exam is 30 minutes and consists of 25 questions, each question being randomly pulled from the assessment questions from throughout the course. In order to pass the exam you must achieve a score over 70%. This means you must get 18 of the questions right to pass.  Your Final Exam must be scheduled ahead of time using the button at the top of this page. 

Note: Please do not schedule the Final Exam until after you have passed at least 1 Sizzle Session. Prematurely scheduled events will not be carried out.

Both the sizzle call sessions and the PlusOne Agent Final exam will take place on discord, click here to join the PlusOne Academy discord server. Here is a link to join the server, it is highly recommended for all of users. These events must be scheduled ahead of time, and will all take place in the discord in "Room I01." 

In order to complete a sizzle call session or final exam, you must first schedule it using the button at the top of this page. Then, at the time you scheduled, go to the PlusOne Academy discord server and join the channel called, "Room I01." Make sure you are waiting in this room during the time of your scheduled event, if you are late you will have to reschedule. 

After finishing your coursework, sizzle call sessions, and final exam you will receive your Agent Certification. Upon completing the certification program, you will receive an email with a custom voucher showing your certification. You will also now have a certified understanding of the PlusOne Sales Method which will set you on a journey of consistent improvement. If you are an employee at PlusOne, or wish to be, certification also entitles you to a pay increase as a PlusOne Agent.
