PlusOne Academy's coursework is designed and organized in a way that ensures maximum understanding for our members. The courses have a fluid flow of information and concepts from each module build on each other in the next. This creates a compound effect in your learning and will make it easier for you to make connections across different modules. The coursework in our courses consists of videos, quizzes, and added extra-credit fun in the discord server.

Quizzes

After finishing each segment of any of our courses, you will take a quiz that will ensure you're making the proper progress in each section. These quizzes are generally between 5-10 questions, though it does vary between each quiz.

PlusOne Academy requires our members to receive a score of 80% or higher on each quiz in order to move on. We hold this requirement simply so you can get the very most out of your experience! Don't worry too much about the courses though, as long as you're paying attention you will have no problem completing them with soaring scores!

At PlusOne Academy, we feel this approach is limited and doesn't really teach you about the key components of sales.

The issue with the technique-based perspective is that you cannot possibly teach an Agent how to react in every situation. So instead of trying to cram a bunch of corny sales lines into everyone's minds we take a different approach, the PlusOne Method approaches sales in terms of understanding. We strive to understand sales and it's components in a logical way that we can use to create almost algorithmic structures for sales calls. This way, people can wield the necessary tools to say the right thing in every situation without having to memorize thousands of different possible conversations.

Course Content Outline...

The Introduction to PlusOne Method course consists of 6 modules that are outlined below:

Module 1: My 5 Things

In this module, you will practice the critical skill of goal setting. What are you most excited about? What skills are you looking to master? Why are you doing this? Set aside some time to reflect on your personal goals. If you encounter challenges later in the course, refer back to the results of this exercise.

You will then be asked to write down a list of 5 things that make you excited enough to dominate at your job and increase your paycheck! Whenever you cross one of your 5 things off your list, be sure to post your success in the Discord Virtual Campus so that we can all celebrate your success.

Module 2: Success Management

The purpose of this module is to show our members how to manage their own success. The module does this through several sections including, The Venue, What is Sales, 3 Steps to Making A Lot of Money, and The Rollercoaster. These sections teach a progressive set of concepts that cultivate the ability to manage personal success.

The ability to manage personal success and create it through these concepts and skills will give our members the ability to better harness the magic of more. If you follow the teachings of this module you will be much more successful when setting goals and working to achieve them.

Module 3: POTS & Cans

Now that you will have a solid understanding of how to create personal success, we will walk you through the Principles of The Sale (P.O.T.S). In this module, you will become familiar with the importance of the CAN’s list, and other tools PlusOne Company utilizes in making a sale.

Understanding the principles you need to focus on in each sales call and focusing on what you can control will lead to great progress. You will also learn in this module how to fill out your daily CAN book, one of our favorite skill-improvement resources at PlusOne Academy.

Module 4: Use the Script

With the POTS and CAN’s under your belt, you are well on your way toward becoming an expert salesman! In this module, we will cover the value of ‘Using the Script’ while demonstrating key techniques including building value, creating a story, maximizing response, and digging deeper into each and every phone call.

While the script is just a blueprint and you will still need to make real-time decisions, following the guideline properly with the correct perspective will free up bandwidth to focus on the other aspects of the call. You wouldn't try to build a house without the right blueprints, or without the understanding to execute your plan. This principle stands just as true in sales.

Module 5: Mastery

Now that you understand the value of scripting and have achieved the necessary understanding to make a sale, we will teach you how to achieve Mastery of those skills. In this module, we dive into personal drive and motivation, walk you through the 4 levels of competency and how to reach the ultimate goal of unconscious competency of those skills.

Understanding skill building at this level will make becoming an expert at any skill seem completely manageable. Use the framework from this module to fine tune and massively improve each of the skills you have learned in the course to this point.

Module 6: LACRC

The purpose of this course is to teach the critical importance of rebuttal and how to execute it correctly. We will spend time hanging out within the space of ‘yes’ and ‘no,’ and how to turn that ‘no’ into a ‘yes’ through LACRC (Listen, Acknowledge, Challenge A, Challenge B, Respond, and Close).

LACRC is the world's best rebuttal technique as it approaches rebuttal with an easy to execute algorithm that will lead to the desired result each time it is properly performed. In the world of rebuttal, you can easily win but you can't lose as worse case-scenario the customer still says no.
